All women have concerns about how to gain minimal weight while pregnant. While my healthcare provider mentioned that the amount of weight that I gained was healthy weight gain, that doesn’t mean you want to keep on the extra weight after birth. You don’t have to go hard in the gym; having a daily schedule of when you will move your body will be the best way to keep the total weight gain in the recommended range. Even obese women can maintain a healthy weight while pregnant, so don’t let size be the only factor in whether or not you are getting good nutrition.
