After having a baby, you sometimes wonder when you are going to get your body back. So after getting clearance from my doctor to work out, I decided that it was time to have my first 3-month postpartum workout after having a baby.

I haven’t worked out in a long time, so this isn’t going to be a perfect workout, but I want to show you my journey since I know many moms are nervous about what to expect after giving birth. In this video, I show you my very first 3-month postpartum workout after having a baby. By no means am I a professional you won’t see perfection? But, I’m a new mom, learning her new body and embracing everything that comes with it.

Of course this is not the only way to take care of your body. There are so many more ways that you can do this and do it in a way that works for you and what you are trying to accomplish.

Remember, you always want to do what is best for you and make sure that before you begin any workout plan that you talk to your doctor and you are cleared before doing any type of exercise. You definitely don’t want to risk developing diastasis recti unnecessarily.
