Did you love using the Baby Einstein Neighborhood Symphony Walker when it was available? If your infant is between the ages of six and 12 months and looking for a great baby walker, this is the review for you.

If it’s something that you should put on your baby registry, or if you’re someone who’s in the market to buy this beloved baby Einstein baby bouncer for someone, I’m going to give you all the details to make sure this is the perfect fit for you or them.

Like all of my product reviews, undergoing the key features in a fun way will allow you the additional support you need to add this to your roster of items or not.

Let’s start with some of the highlights of this walker. With their little hands, your child can Explore music and the world before independent walking introduces music, colors, and instruments.

The electronic bongo drums are always a great hit with the little ones. It has three different height positions to adjust as your baby grows.

Baby Walker Safety

The music on the walk resembles a full band of music-inspired activities, from banging on the trubs and playing different types of music.

The music is themed and multi-sensory, so for multi-sensory play, the seat is cushioned, and everything is machine washable. Helpful. You’re going to need to assemble it with an adult.

The overall weight of the walker is 12 pounds, so it’s easy to move around your house, apartment, or any place you’re going.

You can store this in the corner of your home without taking up much space. If you have a road trip, this makes it the perfect item to travel with. It has a non-slip grip.

Meets all the government and industry standards regarding safety. It will become your favorite toddler toy for your child.

It holds up to 26 pounds as the maximum weight. We know that some babies, as they get closer to 12 months, weigh more than 20 pounds.

So that’s very important to keep that in mind. Should your baby be on the heavier end of the spectrum, you’ll need three AA batteries that are not included.

As I mentioned, everything is machine washable and has a one-year product warranty. We purchased this item from Target, but you can also find it on Amazon.

Any place that will sell baby products. BuyBuyBaby has it. So make sure to check with a local retailer to make sure that it’s available in your area.

But let’s start with the overall review of this product. Would I recommend this product? And it’s a perfect product, but here are some cons.

We’ll start with that first because it’s essential to ensure that before you buy this product, you know what you will be getting yourself up against.

This post is a review of the Baby Einstein Neighborhood Symphony Walker.

If you are worried about your baby’s first steps, you won’t have to worry about this walker. One of the things is that the wheels are shallow to the ground.

There is no steering wheel, so you won’t be able to control where your child goes. You have to follow them around and hope for the best.

So the most significant space in our home where we can allow our son to play is in our living room.

The type of rug we currently have in the living room is pretty high, so the wheels cannot get traction in our living room and in the rooms with carpet.

The wheels cannot gain traction with the type of carpet we have.

We found it disappointing that because the wheels were super low to the ground, we couldn’t use the walker to its total capacity.

It does include a lock button, but we didn’t have to use it since we didn’t have a lot of smooth surfaces to use the walker fully.

We only have a spot, a small space in our home where there’s no carpet; it’s hardwood floors.

Unless he was in the kitchen, which doesn’t have a lot of space for walking up and down our hallway, which is narrow, he wasn’t able to use the walker.

When we got the walker, my son was between 10 to 11 months of age. So we were a little later in his infancy in getting a walker.

Signs Baby Will Walk Soon

And for us, it was just because he showed so many signs that he would walk without the walker.

We were hesitant to get it. So that’s one thing. You want to ensure that you check out with your child to ensure they’re not showing signs of walking.

If we had gotten it when he was six or seven months, we would have gotten more use out of it

. But my son started walking at 11 months, so we only had it for a couple of weeks.

And then he began walking. So for us, it could have been more helpful. That doesn’t mean it’s not a good walker.

When we put him in the walker, the unique combination of music plus the surprising sounds still makes this a quality walker. The fun sounds will want to get in the walker all the time.

Best Walkers for Babies

The main thing we disliked about the walk was that it was so low to the ground. We couldn’t use it because of how our home is situated.

So make sure you have flat surfaces and a large area where you can use the walker. If you were getting it in the middle part of their infancy, between 6 to 8 months, you would find it more useful.

And you’ll find that you get the best benefit. I know many walkers are like that, but we generally like Baby Einstein products.

The walker does have adjustable height positions, so if you are trying to extend the life of the walker, you can with this.

Many of my son’s toys are from Baby Einstein, so we went ahead with the walker.

But we probably would have waited and not got the walker for him or found another walker with bigger heels that could gain traction on our floor.

The good thing is that it is a Baby Einstein toy, and you will get the Baby Einstein just ecosystem with all of their toys.

With the activity center, my son plays lots of bright colors, lights, and sounds. It makes a lot of noise and taps into this multi-sensory adventure play they need.

It comes in three languages, English, Spanish, and French, and usually, they will count, it will make they will sing, and the drums and it has like a spin part, all that my son loved to play with.

Baby Einstein Products

And we have the Baby Einstein Neighborhood Symphony Activity Jumper by Baby Einstein. So he was so used because the colors were very similar and bright.

He would try to jump in it, and when he realized he couldn’t, he would start walking.

This is an excellent baby jumper if you want to get your little one tired in minutes so they can nap and you can have free time for a few.

The other pro is that Babies want to open drawers because they’re learning to walk. They want to unlock everything. So the walker prevented him from opening like the kitchen cabinets.

So if you have cabinets, like most people who have handles go on the floor or at, you know, chest level, it will prevent your baby from opening that because it has such a wide turn.

And while they’re in it, they’re unsure how to turn that. The other benefit is that their turns are wide, like when trying to do a turnabout.

You don’t have to worry about them having any issues bumping into things or running into something because it’s pretty broad; the circumference.

And that’s another thing we liked about it is that he couldn’t get to something more manageable. If we needed to turn him around.

We had more control over doing that. As I mentioned, this is an excellent product. Still, ensure you get it in the beginning and middle stages of its infancy.

So between 6 to 7 months. The gross motor skills your baby is starting to learn to make having this walker special fun.

As I mentioned, our son was already on the verge of walking, so once he started walking, he didn’t like being put in the walker, so it was no use for us even doing the walker anymore.

But it’s still a good product because we still turn it on. He can play with the drums and all the other toys on there and listen to the sounds.

Bilingual Toys for Toddlers

Your little explorer will love these walkers because of the safety features, better front wheels mobility, and musical activities.

It plays music and talks in three different languages, which is essential for building vocabulary, and it is still a good product. It wasn’t the product that we needed.
